With seniors graduation soon and May being the busiest apartment finding month of the year, I figure I'd post some thoughts and advice on finding apartments.

Hi this is Julie Janetopoulos (iwu art grad '97)

In a few months, I'll be participating in a very special and powerful event
to help fight the battle against AIDS.

In July, 2000, I'll be bicycling 500 miles from Minneapolis to Chicago over 6
days in the TwinCities-Chicago AIDS Ride 5. We're riding to raise money for
six Chicago not-for-profit HIV/AIDS service organizations. Together, we hope
to raise more than $5 million for individuals living with AIDS, and important
AIDS prevention programs in Twin Cities, Wisconsin and Chicago.

I've agreed to raise $2,300 in pledges between now and the beginning of the
Ride on July 10th. I need your help. Would you please make a pledge to help
my meet my goal?

It is estimated that over 33,400,000 people worldwide are infected with HIV
right now. AIDS has affected nearly all of us, having taken more than 410,800
people in the United States. AIDS has strongly affected the art community and
with your support, I hope to avert any more deaths caused by this epidemic
and to help those who are ill and in desperate need of care and intervention.
